Hi @Jaz8 you should be able to order through your MySky app or alternatively give Sky a call and they will be happy to help you.
You will have to pay the one off activation charge of £39.99 on the puck and you will also need a Whole home Subscription which allows you to use up to 3 Glass TV and 6 pucks at the same address. The cost for this is currently £12 per month.

Re: Stream box
@Jaz8 Yes its an added extra called "sky whole home"
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/watching-sky-in-different-rooms-sky-glass
Monthly cost: It is a £15 per month flat rate (though keep an eye out for occasional promotional deals). It runs on a flexible 31 day rolling contract so you can cancel or add it whenever you like.
Hardware setup; One subscription covers your entire house. You just need to order a Sky Stream Puck for each additional TV. The first additional puck is usually £0 Upfront, while subsequent pucks carry a one off setup\loan fee of £39.95.
Device limits; You can connect up to six Sky Stream Pucks and three Sky Glass TVs on a single account (a maximum of 9 rooms total)
Sky go extra; The package automatically upgrades you to Sky Go Extra no additional cost, allowing you to stream or download content on up to four compatible devices (like mobiles, tablets, or gaming consoles) simultaneously.
Ownership note; : One point of agreement among users on the Sky Community Forum is that you do not own the physical pucks; they are loaned to you and must be returned if you cancel the subscription.
Broadband Requirement
Viewing Setup Minimum Speed Requirement
Single Sky Streaming Box (HD) 25 Mbps
Single Sky Streaming Box (UHD\4K) 30 Mbps
Multiple Devices (Whole Home Pack) 35 Mbps+ (Add 5 Mbps per extra puck)
(depending on your household & how many different devices are running at same time i would personally advise having some kind of FTTC plan of at leased bare minimum 150 Mbps (Preferably 300 + Mbps If Affordable) to handle the overhead of extra pucks , PCs , tablets & laptops that may be running simultaniously alog side eachother True you can run sky stream on FTTC copper connections but they top out at max 80 Mbps but average at about 67 Mbps , thats hardly any headroom at all & i would not reccomend that at all.
2x Sky Stream Pucks | 2x Hisense 55" UHD | 1x Sony 42" HD
Sky Ultimate + Cinema + Whole Home | Max/Netflix/P+/Disney+
(Just a customer helping customers. I do not work for Sky.)
