Stream box problems does not always switch on

Having problems with stream box, when I switch it on it does not always turn on it just flashes, so I have to turn it off at the wall and try again

I have had the same problem and I have had Sky Stream for just 2 weeks. I kept turning off at mains, waiting 2 mins and then switching on. After many attempts it eventually worked.
