Change sky Q to sky stream

I have a very basic sky q package and seems like I'd be better having sky stream with Netflix included.

i've tried to add Netflix to sky q but just goes round in circles.

ive called and told to go with sky stream but I got cut off. 

ideally need an online way

Unfortunately the online journey isn't always available for Q to Stream. The only way is to call Sky or try web chat. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

Go here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/your-account/my-account-and-subscription and click the Sky virtual agent (the robot with Sky on it).
