Stream Puck not connecting via ethernet

My Puck hasn't been able to connect for sometime. It will work on WiFi but not via ethernet. It searches for an IP and can't find one so stops there. I have tried 3 different cables and no difference. The TV works via ethernet and I have no problems with that, just the puck.  Any ideas to get me connected?

Is there an issue with your wifi connection? If not I would leave it on wifi

You could also try unplugging your device then rebooting your router (probably best to totally power it off for a few minutes ) the. Powering on your router the. Powering on your device

also worth trying a different ethernet port on your router

The WiFi is fine - I don't use WiFi in my house, only ethernet.

Have you reported the issue to Sky?
