My Puck hasn't been able to connect for sometime. It will work on WiFi but not via ethernet. It searches for an IP and can't find one so stops there. I have tried 3 different cables and no difference. The TV works via ethernet and I have no problems with that, just the puck. Any ideas to get me connected?

Is there an issue with your wifi connection? If not I would leave it on wifi

also worth trying a different ethernet port on your router
