Stream Puck Faulting Every day

I'm new to Sky and the puck was working fine until last week when the screen just went blank. Since then it woill not connect to the TV even though it says it has so have to switch TV and Puck on seperately. It will then go back to live TV not Stay on SKy. NOw it won;t switch om in the morning so physically have to switch it on at the puck, then the tv then switch from live to SKY. This is not good for someone who has restricted mobility eaiting for an operation. My daughter has tried all tghe help options with restetting, reconnecting, reset the TV and it reverts back to this everyday. Works fine once set up and swirched on but soon as switch TV/pick off it has to be reset.
