Stream - Nothing will load

Nothing will load, presume weather - anybody else having issues

@TDE   Unless your broadband is down weather won't affect stream as all channels are delivered via broadband.

 

Have you tried a reboot of your stream puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Broadband is fine - I'll reboot it all tomorrow - given up with it tonight 😂

The first thing to try is a Settings RESTART ... that would've only taken a few minutes😉

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
