I have an ethernet connection. Playback of my program is always interrupted at least 30 times in every 40 minute program. Failure necessitating a reboot occurs at least 10 times. What is wrong with my sky stream puck? Connection speed in Netflix test is 78.44Mbps.

Who is your ISP?
Have you reported the issue to Sky?

Virgin is my ISP. 500mbps service. Would that really make a difference?

It's irritating as it's bad on everything except live, which stutters, but never as often and rarely with the blue screen or technical fault with program. I've restarted, rebooted, reset all possible parameters, but nothing improves. I now only watch programs I cannot watch on fire stick or netflix. I just wish sky could fix their hardware/software issues.
