Pressing the red+ button just turns off my Tv rewinding and fast forward don't work or difficult to use the result varies I'm sorry I ordered it but I was told the signal was poor which is strange all other tennants had no issues and they had a world satellite previously
without issues miss sky Q greatly it now feels like if I didn't have the service it would not matter but felt the opposite to that with sky previously
i would not swap again I'm not happy at all

Sky Glass and Stream are streaming products and do not use satellite. Your experience will depend on how good your broadband is and how stable the connection between your router and puck is. I have a Glass TV and four pucks and can use these simultaneously without issue. Run a speed test by going into the settings in netflix. You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. Switching to a wired connection and turning off WiFi in the settings may improve your experience.
In terms of the remote try unpairing and repairing it:
Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions
