Sound problem puk
Hi,
Sound and picture keeps freezing keep having to reset the puk.
Ive bought new hdmi cable and cat 8 ethernet cable to connect to router but its still terrible. Ive 4 puks in house and this ones the worst no problems with others at all.

It may be a faulty puck. However some things to try:
When connected to ethernet you need to turn WiFi off in the pucks settings (Settings > network > WiFi > Off). As it will try to connect even with a cable plugged in.
Try swapping your puck around with another. If it behaves itself and the one that was working plays up, you know it's an issue with connectivity, if this one is still playing up you have ruled out everything else and you can get sky to swap it out.
