Sound problem & fast forward problem.

Hi.

Having problems with sound today. Intermittently, the sound will go off for around 40 seconds. Then it comes back. 

Also, we tried to catch up with a program today, but it was forwarding slower than the 30x asked for, and eventually, the "Technical Fault' message appeared with a blue screen. Tried again, but the same thing happened, even after restarting everything.

@winehouse   Depending on just how you are watching, but it is possible that an App refresh may help.  Go to Settings & System management and under Reset choose App refresh, it takes a short while but wait until it returns you to the Home Screen and see if that helps.
