Sound loss

Intermittent and short term sound loss on sky stream. Puck working well. Have disconnected puck and restarted but no change. Problem is on all channels and occurs every 10-15 mins for 30-40 seconds. Very annoying!

@DavidHood can you post how your puck is connected and if you have a soundbar or similar includecthe make and model of your TV and audiomkit. If you only listen through your TV's speakers try changing the audio setting onnthe puck to PCM which is a straight stereo signal which any devicecshould deal with without issue.

I get the same and have to restart to resolve. I have a home cinema set up but only the puck has shown this issue.
