My Sky Stream Puck has worked perfectly for 6 months but recently the sound is crackling on all TV channels and the YouTube app, other apps work fine for some reason.
The TV is fine as apps direct on it and a PlayStation all work fine.
I have reset and rebooted and unplugged the puck and changed the HDMI but it remains the same.
