You will need to provide more information? What exactly is your query? The Sky stream box has HDMI output and supports HD and UHD 4K.

Not easily would be the simple answer. 
Not unless the projector has an HDMI input & an optical or HDMI ARC output to feed audio out to the soundbar. 
Alternatively you'd need an HDMI audio extractor box which can convert the HDMI audio to optical to send to the soundbar and then pass through the video to the projector. Would need to be HDCP compliant too.
