The Sky Talk board is for Sky Talk landline phone issues. Due to the reflection in your image it's difficult to make it out fully but as I see Stream / puck mentioned I've moved your post to the Stream board.

Re: Software error
This recently has been an issue for some customers on new setups of Sky pucks.
Have a read through this Sky help article.

If you can, just for the setup, do a power reset of the puck and attach an ethernet cable and leave it attached for the Puck setup and see if that helps.
