Feel for you if it's been working well and it seems you have found the local speed for the puck to be adequate.
Couple of things.
Its not recommended to do a factory reset, unless Sky have asked you to and you are on a call or chat with Sky.
It can cause some account issue, that only Sky can resolve for you. We have been told to point this out.
If you have had a reliable experience before and think nothing has changed on your local network recently.
Would suggest, when you have time to call Sky and work with them to check.
They can look at how your Sky Stream boxes over time are performing historically on your local network in a more detailed way.
You may need to call this recent change out to them, with the changes from reliability to problems now to get them to dig deeper.
