It sounds like poor connectivity. Open netflix > go to profile picture> get help > connectivity check. What speed is the affected puck getting? Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
The other possibility is it's a faulty puck. Try swapping them over and if one that was working OK starts playing up, it would put to poor connectivity. If it works fine and the offending puck still plays up you know it's likely hardware.
If connection you will then need to see if you can get a booster or use ethernet / home plugs instead of WiFi.
