Skystream issues

Skystream has all sorts of issues

Doesnt stop at the spot where you rewound to

During rewind it sometimes goes back fully to beginning of program 

Up and down on the circle sometimes changes the channels back and forth and then sometimes doesn't

Tonight the channels won't load and yes I have tried on of and on with Puck, TV and router and pressed the WPS button.

If this carries on I am cancelling, contract or not.

Sky is not providing the same service they gave me when I had Sky Q. It is rubbish

I've lost count of the number of times I've used 'play from start' and been fed 15 minutes of adverts, only for the program to eventually start and then I miss most of the program/film when half an hour later it jumps back to live.

Sky stream promises much but just doesnt deliver. I've cancelled.
