Hello sky streem keeps turning off my tv so something do with sky streem

There have been several reports recently of Stream pucks randomly shutting down.  Have you given it a full reboot by turning it off at the wall for a few minutes then powering it back on? 

If this doesn't help then it's probably worth calling Sky and requesting a replacement puck as there may be a faulty batch out there.
