Sky streaming puk not connecting to wifi

We've had sky glass for about a year now and works well through our SKY WiFi. We've never been able to get the puk to connect. Hard wiring is not an option. The puk is in the same room as the router. We've tried a booster but no luck. Admittedly not one from SKY. Has anyone successfully used a SKY booster to overcome this issue? If so how do you go about getting one. Thanks

If the puck is in the same room as your router then it should absolutely be able to pick up the WiFi signal without any need for a booster, unless there's some serious interference being caused by something. Do other devices connect to the WiFi?

It's entirely possible of course that the WiFi antenna inside the puck is faulty and it can't actually receive a signal, but it would be worthwhile contacting Sky for further troubleshooting and possible replacement of the puck.

Thanks, hadn't even considered that but it makes sense given the fact we've never been able to connect and all other devices work well from the WiFi.
