Sky streaming box not working

My sky streaming puck is not connecting to my TV. It says to buy sky home anywhere but I only have 1 puck. On the app it says pending return for the puck but you can see from my account that's not correct. I need to have it set as my main puck.

Hi @Bradford23  This is a customer forum so you are not addressing Sky.  To get this matter resolved you will need to call Sky.

 

To get past the chatbots stay silent and you will eventually be put through to the customer services team.
