Sky stream

Got my puck, plugged in and just got error messages. Now puck just stays red and eventually turns off. Ive unplugged, turned wifi off and on nothing wirks

Try recovery of your puck as outlined in the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo

 

Namely step 5.

Often with some turning on/off issues  or stuck in standby mode, the following helps.

 

Read this Sky help article and perform the recovery procedure on strep 4;
