My sky stream puck isn’t working properly
Sky stream constantly going down and app not working on it

@Orlaoneill Sorry to hear that. There are usually two reasons for this. Firstly of all check your internet speed go to Netflix and in their Help section there is an internet speed test. Secondly make sure your puck is not touching anything with about 6 inch's of clear space all around it.

Can you explain a bit further on your issue.
What exactly do you mean by constantly going down?
Is it just one particular app you are having an issue, with or more than one apps and what issues are you having with your apps?
