Sky stream
Does anyone else have issues with Sky Stream? I've only recently subscribed to this having always had Sky Q with no issues - beginning to wish I'd never changed
it cuts out all the time, screen goes black and I have to go back to TV guide to reselect the channel being watched?

If you have a browse through this forum you'll find that this is quite a common symptom of a poor network connection to your puck.
Sky Stream must have a constant stable connection which ideally is 25Mbps or higher for efficient HD streaming, or 30Mbps for UHD.
Check the speed your puck is receiving in the Netflix app. Go to the get help menu and run a network test.
If you cannot supply your puck with a good enough network connection then you'd be better off reverting to Sky Q.

Re: Sky stream
Would first suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps. Or 30Mbps if you add an extra Sky Stream puck or to watch in UHD.
A good way to test, doing a few netflix app speed test on your pucks over say a fifteen minute period.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read
