Hi im trying to connenct sky stream puck to sky braodband, the broadband has connected but its saying it cannot connect to internet, iv run tests and the wifi is good any help would be appreciated !

@John257 Did you try resetting your router and puck by turning them both off at the mains for a few minutes.When powering back on do the router first once it has reset turn on your puck
