Sky stream

Why can't I add sky stream tv package, I have broadband and sky glass but nowhere on the tv or app will it allow me to add the sky stream package.

@Pete866  You should be able to add a puck here https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup

 

You will also need a whole home subscription

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
