Sky stream
Just got a new stream account.
I have one stream box.
I have installed sky go on my iPhone and one of two Xboxes.
when I try to install on the other Xbox it says I need a sky home or multi room account
sky said I can have sky streaming on the sky stream and have it work on one go device and that I should be able to install on two Xbox but only use one sky go device at the same time.
clearly this is not working for me any help would be appreciated.

Re: Sky stream
@Dr_macd To view on more than one device you need the Whole Home sub:
Smarten up any other TVs you’ve already got with extra Sky Stream pucks and the Whole Home monthly subscription.
Plug the Sky Stream puck into your TV to enjoy your Sky TV package in another room. Big matches in the lounge. Dinosaurs in the kitchen. With the Whole Home pack, you can fill your home with unlimited entertainment.
With the Whole Home pack you can also watch on four devices at the same time on the Sky Go app and on your games console.
- One-off set-up fee for each Sky Stream puck applies.
- Monthly subscription charge applies.
- Sky Ultimate TV subscription required.
- Six Sky Stream pucks per account.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, VM 1 Gig Broadband, Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Sky stream
With Sky go you can view on two devices at the same time on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.
But, if you want to run Sky go on three or four devices at the same time or on a games console, you need to have Whole home added to your Sky Stream
You can add that yourself within your MySky account, under Products>Manage home setup section.
All detailed in the Sky Stream faq in the link below, under the Sky Go section;
