I’m trying to place a order but it’s saying am I the account holder

When I try and place  a order this comes up but there's no sky account at my address IMG_2027.png

@Nathan0998  You will need to call Sky to place your order if you are not able to do so online.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can contact them by dialling 150

 

If Sky is not you movile provider following this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and  scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find an 0333 phone number to use.
