Sky stream

When I choose an app to watching something. The sky goes through the motions but then returns back to the home page

Correct, you will always be returned to the main home page.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Nina13 have you tried rebooting the stream puck, just turn it off at the plug for a couple of minutes
