Carnt watch no sky from my tv box

Hi im having problems with the TV sky box I'm not able to watch and sky TV it asks me to pay I'm confused can I get a message back please

@Zionie do you have Sky+, Sky Q, or a Sky Puck box?

 

To which channels do you subscribe?

 

Which channel you try to watch which requested you upgrade your subscription?

If you don't have a Sky subscription a sky stream puck essentially isn't going to work. Only the apps would be likely to work but most of them require subscriptions to.
