Re: Sky stream
Hopefully sky will reset the device before reallocating to another user. Just to be on the safe side most apps will allow you to login via a laptop or PC and list the devixes you are logged in to those apps. You should be able to remove the sky device from there.

Re: Sky stream
You can do a forced sign out of devices that you no longer have access to via your app accounts through a web browser.
Sky ones will be flagged with the word 'Sky' in their device description.
For Netflix, Disney and HBO it is as follows;

Re: Sky stream
IPlayer
The BBC features a direct remote sign-out option
Go to account.bbc.com in a web browser and log in. Go to your Account Settings. Look for the Sign out of all devices option.
ITVX, C4 and C5 do not currently have any kind of 'Sign Out of All Devices', so all you can do is do a change of your password from the app account settings in a browser that will sign you out of all sessions, which you will then have to re login with the new password.
