Sky stream

My sky puk keeps saying software update. But just resets and does the whole thing again. Can't seem to get it working

A common fault. Best thing to do is connect it direct to your router using an ethernet cable to allow the software update to complete. You should then be able to switch to WiFi.

Assuming  this is happening when first setting up your Sky Stream puck.

If not, still follow the same advice below.
