Getting sick and tired of the loading all the time and recordings might load or might not what am I paying for it's so annoying

Usually the wait message is due to poor connectivity between the puck and the router or broadbans speed. Pucks need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can test the speed you are getting in the netflix app (menu > get help? > Connection check).
I have a glass set and 4 pucks and don't suffer such issues, but there are many variables with delivery via broadband.
