Sky stream keeps going to a blank screen and switching off then comes back on for a split second and goes off again

What speed is your broadband? Are you connecting via WiFi or ethernet?

To check the speed being received by the puck open the Netflix app, navigate to the Get Help menu and run a network test.

Stream needs a stable minimum speed of 25-30Mbps for HD streaming and 35Mbps for UHD.
