Hello for a few days our sky stream keeps gutting out and keeps going silents while the picture still on also the the picture freezes and we have sound I've checked all leads and internet and all is fine what else can I try thank you

Try switching off at the socket, wait a few mins then back on.
What speed do you get if you do a Netflix speed test via the app?
Open Netflix on Stream
From the Netflix homescreen, go left to open the menu.
From the bottom of the menu, go right and select Get Help.
Select Check your Network.

Hello my sky stream as not been working it keeps saying it trying to down load and also the picture keeps freezing while the sound is still going and sometimes it keeps taking us back to BBC1 or it says its trying to download I've checked all wires and my internet is fine what else can I do thank you

That speed is well below the recommended minimum speed for Stream. Sky recommend a minimum of 25Mbps for a single Stream puck.
