I have had sky stream for a month now and this morning when I turned it on I got the message I had to add multi room. I have now added multi room and it still won't open the home page

Sky Stream Puck,'s have issues with their error not meaning what they say!
Have you run a Netflix get help Network check. What connection speed was reported?

Hi @Addie15 I saw another discussion about a similar issue with someone and it was suggested to reboot the puck. I did this last night and it seems to have resolved the issue. My problem now is that because the error message was telling me I had to take out multi room I did this and now have a puck being sent to me that I don't want and have been charged £40 for doing so and can't see where I can cancel this puck and request a refund. Trying to call Sky and speak to a human is almost impossible.

Sky need to do something about their error messages.
You will have to persevere with Sky's 20th Century CSs!
Would you believe some claim you can get through in 2 mins when calling Sky by phone😂
