Can't your TV remotes control the Sky Stream Pucks?

No the new Sky stream remotes will adjust the volume but will not turn the tvs on or off.  We are having to use the old Sky Q remotes to turn the tvs on and off

Re: Sky stream won’t turn my tv on or off

Hey,

You might need to go back into Settings > Remotes and reset your remote try a diffrent setting i had this problem it went from stage 2 of 5 and it just turned my sound up and down but not turning the TV but i found out resetting the remote and going to Stage 4 of 5 it done the volume and switch TV on and off.

Hope this helps.

Re: Sky stream won’t turn my tv on or off

Seems to vary by brand. The Stream remote on my ancient Sony TV turns the set off but the one attached to my (newer) Panasonic doesn't.

Re: Sky stream won’t turn my tv on or off

Out of the box Remote for Sky Stream configured easily to control Panasonic TV (volume and on/off)

Needed reconfiguring and this time had to select TV model but whilst volume works it's no longer controlling on/off

Why oh why??

Any help folks???
