I've recently switched from Sky Q to Sky stream. Unfortunately when I try to set up sky stream, I am given a QR code to 'link your account'. When I follow the QR code I get the message "Oops there has been a problem" on any device I try to register on.
Sky's helpline don't seem to understand how to address this- does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance
