Subtitles not working and picture pixelating on sky witness through stream puck

I've been watching FBI for a couple of weeks on Sky Witness HD using a Sky stream puck with no problems but tonight the subtitles are not showing (even though subtitles are ticked in English using the 3 dots menu) and the picture keeps pixelating? Any idea why?

I looked on other similar posts and someone suggested restarting the puck through the settings menu. I have just done this and will see how it goes
