Sky stream - ultimate package hayu sign up

Hi , just set up stream puck with the ultimate tv package so Netflix Disney and hbo max etc.

Hayu is free with the package but when I try to create an account it’s looking for bank details for post trial period.

Any ideas or am I setting it up wrong, doing via stream puck so thought it would be synced to sky like other apps included

@GavinF1 the free bundled version of the Hayu app doesn't launch until the summer.

Currently on Sky Stream there is what Sky are calling " a taste of Hayu" where select seasons of shows have been made available on Sky's on-demand platform

We have the standard no adds so not sure how it works . Do we get the ad credit amount and pay diff ?

Have you tried on the puck itself in the sky shop on my sky 

it's on the settings rail

It might be worth checking you have a card payment setup on the Sky Marketplace. These third party app subscriptions go via that service and that doesn't link to your existing Sky payment details.
