@Jipmeg101 can I ask if they are charging you more for the Sky Q or same as the sKy Stream? I'm looking to take out Sky and they are pushing the Stream, almost ignoring the Q.

That will likely be because as things stand the satelliete infrastructure that is being used to broadcast the channels looks to be scheduled to be shut down at the end of the decade when the satellites reach their end of life.

Hi - I had the same BUT found the solution - If you have the Puck plugged directly via ethernet Cable into the Router and also open to accepting a signal via WIFI - TURN THE WIFI OPTION OFF on the Puck linked to the TV (Puck Settings).... There seems to be a conflict between the WIFI and Hard Wire which causes the buffering - I did this and no more problem ! Hope this helps you ...
