Sky stream turning itself off

Is there a way to stop the stream puck turning it self off after a period of time, or is this a fault. I have my left my room a couple of times and when I have come back a couple of minutes later, it's switched off

@Super+Anthony effectively no the pucks will go into standby if there is no movement of the remote after a time and an on screen message which varies according to what is on screen if watching a programme it can be hours or minutes on the menus. Nothing you can do about this it is required by the power saving regs modern set top boxes have to follow.

There is a way to keep it on, but it needs a certain amount of technical knowledge.
