Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart. A full reboot can often solve gremlins.

Can you please work through the help advice in the order as described in this Sky help article;

Although we often do not normally recommend a factory reset in the Puck settings, you can do one in this case as the article suggests if the other advice in the article is not helping.
Be aware, that if you encounter any account issue glitches from doing a factory reset, you will need to call Sky to resolve them.
