Sky stream technical fault

Was watching you tube fine then it froze so turned sky stream box off and on again and now can't watch anything on any channel or app it just says there is a technical fault please try again later

Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart. A full reboot can often solve gremlins.

Can you please work through the help advice in the order as described in this Sky help article;

Although we often do not normally recommend a factory reset in the Puck settings, you can do one in this case as the article suggests if the other advice in the article is not helping.

Be aware, that if you encounter any account issue glitches from doing a factory reset, you will need to call Sky to resolve them.
