Sky stream switching off

I have recently installed Sky Stream and after approximately 45 minutes if I have not used the remote control I get a message at the top of the screen, that as I have not been active the puck is going into Standby and gives me the options of Yes, No or Disable.

However it is not possible to move to any of the options and after a further approximately minute the puck switches off, even if after receiving the message you use the remote.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @StephenGlasgow reboot the puck to see if it resolves the issue.
