Sky stream speed dropping every 2 hours

For the past week every time I have my sky stream on for more than 2 hours the picture quality becomes unwatchable and out of sync with audio. When I do a speed test on Netflix it is down around 2-3mbps. I then have to restart the device at which point a new speed test is around 140mbps. This lasts for another 2 episodes until the same thing happens. 

Nothing has moved and my broadband speeds are still around the same just seems like stream isn't picking it up

Are you connected by WiFi? If so, you're probably getting some interference or there could be an issue with your router..,
