Anyone else have trouble watching stuff on Demand ?

Ive had Sky stream for a fair while now so im quite used to it however, I have noticed something quite annoying which was belived to be a glicth at first but ive now noticed it on other programmes too.  If I go on certain series on demand that are avalible through Sky then for certain episodes it will direct me through to amazon prime video to wtach them and pay to do so, however its covered by Sky so I shouldnt be having to do this and is cleraly a glitch. I notified the Sky priority team about this at first as I only noticed it on the the TV show "An Idiot Abroad"  and they stated that it was a glitch and fixed the issue within a few days, however,  I ahve now noticed this on other shows including law and order special victims unit so I called Sky and the person was confused about what the glicth was and said that it would take a long time to raise.

thank you for this, I did speak to two seperate people howver they didnt look into the issue or confirm if this is a specific fault with Law & Order as it was with an idiot abroad so im dissapoited no one has confirmed.
