Sky stream software

Every time I go to watch my sky stream puck the light is red and I get a software error message. It was only installed last Wednesday and shows everyday. 

I have to reset the puck each time before I can watch anything which is annoying and frustrating.

It sounds like it could be a faulty puck. The best course of action is to call sky and asky for a replacement.
