I have a sky streamer. For the last two weeks every time I watch something the tv loses signal. It has a message saying check signal cable. However, the internet is working fine. I have tried to turn it on and off to restart it but nothing works.

If the message is from the TV rather than the puck, check and/or change your HDMI cable or try a different port.
