Sky stream shows not always displaying in uhd and hdr

This issue is not just for certain programmes or episodes as you can see from the thread it can affect any programmes. The other point to note is that sometimes you can get the UHD / HDR versions, then next time the same episodse may only be avbailable in HD. The problem seems to come and go. This issue needs to be investigated by the Sky Technical people, not customer experience reps.

Posted about this yesterday and now found your post. I've been getting the same issues. Certain episodes will play 4k HDR and some won't.  Doesn't matter what format you choose. It's so inconsistent it's crazy.

I've restarted the box and still doesn't solve it. 

Thankfully, I have 4 months UHD free. After that's finished I won't bother paying for it. 

If it's this inconsistent it shouldn't be an up charge.

To be honest, I don't see much difference between Their 1080p and 4K streams.

I have a Nvidia Shield and a NAS for most of my content and it's far superior.
