I got a sky puck so I can have multiroom but it won't set up. It's saying it's connected to wifi but then just constantly loads when it comes to the sky stream setup part

Try unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.

I done that and it's still the same. It eventually comes up saying system error

@Debbie93 is this on the initial puck setup? So you haven't actually been able to activate the puck yet?

Hi @Debbie93
Try and activate your sky stream puck where your main sky stream device is. Ideally via Ethernet, then move it back to the room where it will reside full time.
